If it is found that the overall financial stability or system will be negatively affected by the completion of the reform process initiated in relation to a commercial bank or financial institution under this paragraph, the special administration shall prepare a report including the steps to be taken in the future, mentioning the same behavior and including the situation, and submit it to the bank. (2) Sub-section (1) After receiving the report of BMOZIM, if it appears that the development of such a commercial bank or financial institution will have a negative impact on the overall financial stability or system, and if the government of Nepal invests in such a commercial bank or financial institution, if it appears that the financial situation may improve, the bank shall (3) Sub-section (2) The Government of Nepal shall invest in any commercial bank or financial institution on the recommendation of BMOZIM Bank, and if the financial condition of such commercial bank or financial institution improves, the Government of Nepal shall make its investment within five years from the date of improvement. The amount should be collected by selling it to the private sector.
